What I Offer
PRENATAL & POSTPARTUM SUPPORT- $850
Prenatal support including 1 monthly visit, birth planning, and education/information sharing. I can help you and your birthing partner plan and prepare to have the best birthing experience.Â
Postpartum support includes 5-10 visits within the first 6-8 weeks. During this time I will offer feeding support, practical home support such as cooking/cleaning, and support with older siblings. Take this time to relax and bond with your baby while I take care of your house and chores, or take some time to take care of you while I care for your baby!
FULL SPECTRUM SUPPORT - $1200
Full spectrum doula serves you during your pregnancy, birth and early postpartum. This includes 2 prenatal visits, birth planning and education/information sharing. Also includes labour and birth support and attendance and 2 postpartum visits with feeding, childcare and household support.
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT- $600
Everybody needs a little help sometimes. Bringing your new baby home, and maintaining all the tasks and chores you did before baby can be challenging. A postpartum doula can help ease your way into parenthood with feeding support, practical home support such as cooking/cleaning, and support with older siblings. Take this time to relax and bond with your baby while I take care of your house and chores, or take some time to take care of you while I care for your baby!
15 hours of postpartum care within the first 6-8 weeks.
